a) To drive the high-level talent development through comprehensive training and cutting-edge research as well as infrastructure sustenance and growth to create a world-class talent pipeline via the top national institutes into the semiconductor industrial innovation ecosystem.
b) To implement the DevSET program based on the ISM Talent Committee Report by creating proposals with implementation agencies and enabling reviews by stakeholders.
c) To review the DevSET program, produce annual reports and whitepapers on
i) projects and related Funding
ii) Ecosystem Development achievements, and impact assessment for global competitiveness
iii) Gaps and related mitigation strategies
d) To build a stakeholder platform by engaging Industry, Academic and Government stakeholders through meetings, reviews, workshops and summits, public relations articles in newspapers and online media – to promote understanding of technical progress in ecosystem building to promote a dialogue among stakeholders to develop a collective understanding of achievement and gaps to build and review a strategy for the future
