DevSET Workshop
This workshop is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen India’s semiconductor ecosystem. It brings together industry professionals, researchers, and key stakeholders to share insights and explore collaborative opportunities. Through this workshop, we aim to:
(a) Collate white papers from experts by invitation to survey the national technical capabilities/expertise and related future aspirations
(b) Enable interaction, mutual understanding of capabilities through seminars, posters & demonstrations during the workshop
(c) Brainstorm the next steps to develop a technical roadmap for the ecosystem

Recent Updates about the Workshop
We are delighted to announce that the DevSET Workshops will be held at the Lecture Hall Complex, IIT Bombay, on August 30 and 31, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. In this first series of workshops, we will focus on three verticals:
(a) AI, Neuromorphic, Advanced Computing Hardware (AINAC) (Venue: LH 101 for Inaugural and LT-04 for other session)
(b) Power ESD (Venue: LH 101 for Inaugural and LT-05 for other session)
(c) Analog Mixed Signal (AMS)/ RF (Venue: LT-04)
The workshop sessions will focus on:
- Discuss the submitted white paper and related research.
- Identify key challenges and lessons learned, and discuss potential next steps for the community.
- Review past successes and the current state of the field, highlighting the impact of work in both industry and academia.
- Explore new research and educational paradigms.
- Deliberating a roadmap for the future
- Identify necessary resources—especially shared ones—to enable robust collaboration.
- Summarize the recommendations and outline the suggested implementation pathways.
